The health and safety of Rotary International event participants is of the utmost importance and we need all in-person attendees to do their part in following applicable safety protocols.
If you are attending the Rotary Council on Legislation event, you should have already completed the first step and submitted your vaccine information. The next step is to submit your pre-travel COVID-19 test. If you are an international traveler, your test result must be from a test taken within 24 hours of the departure time of the first flight in your Council on Legislation itinerary. For domestic travelers, the test result must be from a test taken within 72 hours of the start of the event.
By agreeing to provide personal data about your COVID-19 test, in order to attend the in-person Council on Legislation, you understand this information will be used to facilitate your attendance at this event. This information may be shared with third party suppliers to support the health and safety protocols needed. This information will only be stored as long as it is needed and will be deleted by Rotary and any third party suppliers no later than June 30th, 2022.
Once you have submitted your test result, the Vital Circle team will review, verify your information and ensure it matches our timeline policies. You’ll then receive an email confirming you’ve met the requirements of both vaccination information (previously submitted) and a negative COVID-19 test.
