The health and safety of Rotary International event participants is of the utmost importance, and we need all in-person attendees to do their part in following applicable safety protocols.

To attend the Rotary International Convention, you need to provide EITHER proof of vaccination for COVID-19, OR negative COVID-19 test result from a test administered by a medical professional or certified testing agency.  For international travelers submitting a negative test result, the test must be taken within 24 hours of the departure time of the first flight in your Rotary International Convention itinerary.  For domestic travelers, the test must be taken within 72 hours of the start of the event.

Once you have submitted either your proof of vaccination or negative test results, the Vital Circle team will review your submission, verify your information and ensure it satisfies the requirements. You’ll then receive an email confirming you’ve met the COVID-19 preparedness requirements to attend the Rotary International Convention in person.

Please be prepared to show the email confirmation upon arrival to the International Convention.
